The youngest age of consent appears to be Madagascar at 14

Sixteen is the youngest and most widespread in this area.

Europe

The youngest age of consent is in Spain at age 13. However there are a lot of age 14 places.

South America

There are several countries with their age of consent set at age 13; however, Bolivia sets it at "puberty" with some exceptions.

North America

The youngest age of consent is in Mexico where it is set at age 12.

America is not the world. I had no idea how unusual our laws of consent were.
